• Carry out reconductoring and refurbishment of existing networks to improve reliability.

• Conduct live-line and de-energized work with minimal disruption.

• Work flexibly across various UK sites as required.

• Operate tensioners, hydraulic presses, crimping tools, and power tools for overhead line work.

• Conduct pre-use checks on tools, lifting gear, and safety equipment.

• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and plant operators to ensure efficient project delivery.

• Mentor apprentices/junior operatives and maintain clear communication on-site.

• Follow strict PPE and live working procedures.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team to translate business requirements into actionable tasks.

• Plan and prioritize work items to ensure timely delivery aligned with project milestones.

• Implement and enforce best practices throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project progress and address risks.

• Provide guidance and support to team members.

• Challenge the team and client constructively to foster continuous improvement.

• Support team members in understanding business requirements and impact analysis.

• Review functional documentation for completeness and correctness.

• Advise the technical team on choosing solution alternatives.

• Mentor junior members to enhance their functional knowledge.

• Offer insights and recommendations to tackle complex problems.

• Contribute to the Technology Resources community and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must have a minimum of CLB/NCLC 5 in (French or Dutch) and CLB 5 in English.

• Proven experience in the Utilities sector with a focus on MIGDGO/MIG6 IT implementations.

• At least three years of functional specialization in MIGDGO/MIG6; experience in Structure and Rectification is a plus.

• Strong affinity for technology and data, with experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Excellent coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.

• A proactive team player with strong communication skills.
